Chris Ragsdale, MBA
Founder & Principal
Chris Ragsdale is a healthcare strategy and transformation consultant with experience spanning providers, payers, government, and management consulting. Most recently, he served as Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer at Rochester Regional Health, a $4 billion integrated health system, where he led enterprise initiatives across value-based care, payer strategy, population health, operations, and digital transformation.
Previously, Chris was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, advising leading health systems, payers, and government agencies on strategy, transformation, and operational improvement. He has also held roles at Optum and PwC. Throughout his consulting career, Chris has advised six federal agencies, including CMS; four state health departments; six integrated delivery systems; and two health plans.
Chris earned his MBA in Health Care Management from The Wharton School and his BS in Environmental Studies and Public Health from Davidson College.
